Lessons are held at on Mondays and Thursdays from 7.30pm till 9.30pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 12pm, each lesson consists of 2 hours of structured training.
A typical structure is:
- 45 minutes of warming up which includes short arm press ups, form drills and “punching in”*.
- 30 minutes of speed training**
- A short break.
- The last part of the lesson is spent conditioning, performing more speed drills and learning new techniques and forms.
Beginners, Experienced Martial Artists, Men, Women and Children are all welcome and all new-comers get their first lesson for free.
* “Punching in” is a drill to practise our techniques on each other, during which the instructor will explain application of technique and how a student might improve their methods
** There is lot of emphasis on speed training as this is an extremely fast style
