Push yourself in your Kung Fu training; remember to train your weaker areas more, they will improve. Technique is the key, slow down your training and your muscle memory will be more effective. Be consistent in your training, try to get to class twice a week and supplement with additional training at home.
In class if you are not sure of something, ask! We have plenty of instructors and black sash students to help you. Try different techniques, if they don’t work you will be shown why and then you can correct yourself. If you are having “one of those days” regarding part of your training just keep going, often these sessions end up being your best.
