Learning a Martial Art like Kung Fu will not only increase your physical fitness and health but it will also help you develop as a person, building your confidence and concentration. Kung Fu is not about promoting violence; instead it gives you the skills to deal with any confrontation, violence always being the last resort.
We train in a modern style of Kung Fu rather than a classical style which is a fast form of martial art that helps improve your general fitness whist learning to defend yourself.
